Mons Meg leaves Edinburgh Castle for MOT

Mons Meg, the worldÕs most famous medieval gun is pictured preparing to leave Edinburgh Castle for an MOT. The six tonne cannon was transported from Edinburgh Castle this morning (Monday 19th January) for a short period of specialist restoration and conservation work.
