The panoramic views from our battlements of are one of the highlights of a visit to Edinburgh Castle. Dramatic views to the west, south and east can be seen from other parts of the castle, but the view north in particular is among the most spectacular in Scotland.
This week we thought we would take a look at some of our favourite views, picking out a few of the fascinating landmarks which dot Edinburgh’s skyline as we go.
